Frequently Asked Questions
You deserve to feel comfortable with the person you're trusting to document your story. Here are answers to some of the questions I receive most often. If you don't see yours here, please reach out, I'm always happy to connect with you.
How do we book you?
It starts with a conversation. I love getting to know my clients, hearing what you're envisioning, and making sure we're genuinely a good fit for one another.
After our conversation, you'll have time to decide whether you'd like to move forward, typically within 48 hours to one week, depending on the timing and availability of your date. Once you've decided to move forward, your date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and your retainer has been received.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, I recommend reaching out as soon as you know your date. Some dates book much farther in advance than others.
That said, don't be afraid to reach out if your wedding is coming up quickly. If your date is available, I'm always happy to see what we can create together.
Will you actually be the photographer at our wedding?
Yes. When you hire Roma Glow Photography, you're hiring me, Bianca.
I believe reliability and communication are just as important as beautiful photographs. Your wedding isn't simply another date on my calendar, it's a day you've trusted me to document, and I take that responsibility seriously.
If additional photography coverage is needed, we can discuss whether a second photographer would benefit your particular wedding.
What is your photography style?
My approach is rooted in documentary and photojournalistic storytelling.
I'll guide you when guidance is needed — especially for portraits, family photographs, and beautiful light — but I also believe some of the most meaningful photographs happen when you're simply living your day.
The nervous hands. Grandma watching from across the room. Your best friend laughing until she cries. The hug you didn't realize happened behind you.
Those moments matter too.
You'll receive your wedding story in both color and black-and-white. Your photographs are delivered in two separate online galleries: a fully edited color gallery and a dedicated black-and-white gallery, allowing you to experience and preserve your day in both styles.
Do you help with the wedding-day timeline?
Absolutely.
Photography shouldn't feel like something you have to figure out alone. We'll talk through the important parts of your day, the photographs that matter most to you, family groupings, locations, lighting, and the time we realistically need.
My goal is to help create enough structure that we don't spend your wedding day constantly watching the clock.
Do you photograph family and traditional posed portraits?
Yes!
While storytelling and candid imagery are a major part of my work, I understand how important traditional photographs become with time.
We'll discuss the people and groupings that matter most to you before the wedding so we can approach family portraits efficiently while still making sure those memories are documented.
Do you travel?
Yes. I photograph weddings and stories throughout New Hampshire and beyond.
Travel is included for locations within 100 miles of my home base. If your celebration takes me beyond that distance or requires overnight accommodations, I'm still happy to travel! We'll discuss any additional travel needs and costs before booking so everything is clear from the beginning and there are no surprises.
When will we receive our photographs?
For weddings, sneak peeks are typically delivered within approximately 48 hours, so you have something beautiful to relive and share while I carefully work through your complete gallery.
Full wedding galleries are generally delivered within 6–8 weeks.
I'll always prioritize thoughtful, consistent editing over rushing through photographs that deserve care.
How many photographs will we receive?
Every wedding is different, which is why I don't believe in photographing toward an arbitrary number.
Your final gallery will be carefully curated to tell the story of your day without filling it with unnecessary duplicates, test shots, or images that don't meet my professional standards.
My priority is a complete, meaningful story, not simply a number.
Do we receive the RAW files?
RAW files are not included.
The editing and curation process is an important part of creating the finished work you hired me for. You'll receive professionally selected and edited high-resolution photographs consistent with the style represented throughout my portfolio.
Can we print our photographs?
Yes!
Your final gallery includes personal printing rights, allowing you to print and enjoy your photographs for personal use.
Professional-quality prints, albums, and artwork may also be available depending on your collection.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. I photograph important events with professional equipment and bring backup camera equipment so that I'm not relying on a single camera body to document your day.
I take preparation seriously because wedding moments don't get a second take.
What happens if it rains?
Then we make photographs in the rain. 🤍
Weather doesn't have to ruin your photographs. We'll look at your venue, available indoor spaces, covered areas, lighting, and backup options.
And sometimes the weather you didn't plan for creates photographs you never could have planned.
What if we're awkward in front of the camera?
You do not need to know how to pose.
That's my job.
I'll give you direction when you need it without turning your wedding into an all-day photoshoot. I want your photographs to look like you, not like you're trying to recreate someone else's Pinterest board.
Are you insured and registered as a business?
Yes. Roma Glow Photography LLC is a registered photography business.
Professionalism, communication, preparation, and honoring the commitments I make to my clients are incredibly important to me. like you, not like you're trying to recreate someone else's Pinterest board.
Can we see a complete wedding gallery before booking?
Absolutely — and I encourage it.
A portfolio shows you some of my favorite photographs, but a complete gallery gives you a much better understanding of how I document an entire celebration through changing lighting, different parts of the day, candid moments, portraits, details, and everything in between.
Just ask, and I'll be happy to share one with you.
Do you photograph celebrations or traditions outside of traditional weddings?
Yes.
Every celebration has its own people, traditions, relationships, and story. I approach each one with curiosity and respect rather than assuming every wedding should look or unfold the same way.
If there are cultural, religious, family, or personal traditions that are especially meaningful to you, I want to hear about them.
What happens next?
Tell me your story.
Share your date, location, what you're planning, and what matters most to you. From there, we'll talk through your vision and determine whether Roma Glow Photography is the right fit for your day.
